Thank you for your message. The dark mode in Preferences controls the application interface, but the panels (plex, background, thought cards, etc.) use the Brain Theme itself. To make those dark as well, you’ll need to switch the theme for your Brain.

You can do that by right-clicking anywhere in the Plex, selecting Brain Theme, and choosing one of the darker themes. This will change the panel and background colors to match the dark style you’re looking for.
