From what you described, this may be related to how your Brain was restored after the Windows 11 upgrade. Could you confirm a few things for us?

1. Was this a fresh install of TheBrain 13 after upgrading?
2. Did you log in with your usual TheBrain account, or did you import a .brz backup?
3. If you imported a .brz, do you recall if the option “Allow anyone to upload” was checked? This can affect whether edits are possible.
4. Could you send us a short screen recording showing what happens when you try to edit a link?
