Resolved word breaks causing word wrapping issue in TB #98482

Hello Don,

Thank you for your patience while we looked into this.

We were able to confirm that the issue with word wrapping comes from the formatting of the pasted text itself. The content you pasted into Notes contains non-breaking space characters instead of regular spaces. These often appear when copying text directly from a PDF or webpage that uses custom encoding.

Because of that, TheBrain sees those characters as “unbreakable,” which prevents normal word wrapping.

To fix this, you can do one of the following:

1. Re-paste the content using “Paste Without Formatting” (right-click inside Notes → Paste Without Formatting).
2. Or, if you already have the content pasted, copy it into a plain text editor (like Notepad), replace all spaces manually there, and then paste it back into TheBrain.

We’re also looking into ways to handle this more gracefully in the future, but this should correct it right away.
