Thank you for the clarification and for sending the video.

I tested this in TheBrain 15 v549 and was able to reproduce the behavior you described. When using Shift plus reparenting to move a child thought to a new parent, the Thought Type is removed from the thought.

I agree that the Thought Type should not be lost just because the thought is being reparented. I’ll log this as a bug for review.
