Thank you again for taking the time to outline your feedback, your attention to detail is genuinely appreciated.

You’re absolutely right that in TheBrain 14, link notes don’t show the same text-icon indicator as thought notes, and that search doesn’t yet include link-note text in its results. Those are both very valid observations.

I wanted to let you know that the new architecture in TheBrain 15 (currently in pre-alpha) already addresses part of this. link notes are now visually indicated in the Plex, so you can immediately tell which connections include notes. The broader search indexing for link notes is also under review for expansion in upcoming builds.

Not sure if we are planning to re-implement that icon behavior in TheBrain 14 at this stage, but your feedback is right on point and helps guide where we focus improvements next.
