Thank you for sending this over.

I’d like to take a closer look at what’s causing that error. Could you please send your Output.log after the issue occurs?

You can access it from within the app via:

• Main Menu > Help > Open Log Directory

Or manually:

On Windows:

• Press Win + R

• Enter: %LocalAppData%\TheBrain\Logs

On macOS:

• Open Finder > Go > Go to Folder…

• Enter: ~/.TheBrain/v9/Logs

Please trigger the issue once more if possible, then send the latest log file.
