Thanks for bringing this up.

What you’re seeing is actually just a difference in how the data is counted between the desktop and web clients. The web version includes both files and subfiles (as well as folders and subfolders) in its statistics, whereas the desktop app currently filters out sub-items from those totals.

The good news is we’ve already made adjustments to improve how this is displayed in the upcoming update, so it’ll be more consistent going forward.

And most importantly, we’ve manually checked your data, and I can confirm there’s no data missing on either end. Your files and folders are fully intact in both the web and desktop clients.
