Thank you again for meeting with me earlier.

Just to follow up, the safest path here is still the one we discussed during the session, creating a third Brain and importing the backup archives into that one, rather than trying to sync the existing copies together directly.

Before doing that, I would still like us to confirm the Brain GUID or ID in the web version and in the desktop version, just so we are clear on which Brain each backup came from and do not accidentally combine the wrong copies.

The GUID or ID is essentially the Brain’s identity number. You can find it by opening the Brain, then opening Statistics.

Once you have the backup archive from your contractor as well, and once we have confirmed which backup is which, we can proceed with combining them into a new third Brain as safely as possible.

Please send me the GUID or ID from the web version and the desktop version when you have a moment, and let me know once your contractor has sent over the .brz file.
