Open in TheBrain

David Bailey, Pro Combo Sync Access #100852

https://thebrain.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/100852

Hello David,

Thank you for reaching out.

We can help look into this. Since you are seeing a permission message on the iPad, the first thing I would like to confirm is that all devices are signed in using the same TheBrain account email address:

thebail@mac.com

Please check this on each device by opening TheBrain and looking at the account/profile area to confirm the signed-in email address.

On the MacBook Air where the Brain was originally uploaded, could you please send us the following?

• The exact Brain name

• The Brain ID/GUID from Main Menu > Settings > Brain > Statistics

• Confirmation that the Brain finished syncing/uploading completely on the MacBook Air

• A screenshot of the permission error shown on the iPad, as well as the brain access and sharing page

• The TheBrain version installed on the MacBook Air, Mac mini, iPad, and iPhone

On the iPad, please also try signing out of TheBrain, closing the app, reopening it, and signing back in with thebail@mac.com, then try opening the Brain again.

If any device shows a message saying TheBrain 15 is required to open the Brain, please send us a screenshot of that as well. That would point to a different issue related to Light Sync Attachments.

Once we have the Brain ID and the screenshot of the permission message, we can better check whether this is an account/login issue, a Brain access issue, or a sync problem from the original upload.

Best regards,

John
