Hello Chris,

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback and ideas regarding icon flexibility in TheBrain 15, we really appreciate it.

You can already add your own icons for use in your Brains:

Windows:

C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Local\TheBrain

macOS:

Macintosh HD/Users/[User Name]/.TheBrain/v9/

Inside that directory, you’ll find an Icons folder. If you don’t see it right away, you can also go to Help › Open Log Directory in TheBrain, then move one level up to locate it.

From there, you can create your own “Favorites” folder and drop in any image files you’d like to use as icons. We recommend SVG files or 48×48 pixel PNGs for best results.
