Images Goes Blank need a zip folder for thought folder #99139

Hello Aaron,

Thank you for sending the folder, I received it.

To clarify, the file you sent contains only the .data subfolder. For us to test this properly, we’ll need the entire Thought Folder, which also includes the Notes.md file and any other related files for that thought.

Please do the following:

1. Open the affected thought in TheBrain.
2. Press Ctrl + Shift + F (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + F (macOS).
3. This will open the full Thought Folder for that specific thought.
4. Select everything inside that folder (including Notes.md and the .data folder).
5. Zip the entire contents of that folder.
6. Attach the zip file in your reply.

Once we have the complete Thought Folder, we’ll be able to reproduce the issue more accurately and continue testing.
