Thank you for testing that and for sending the updated explanation and video.

That helps narrow the issue. Since autocomplete is now disabled and the behavior still happens, we can rule that out as the cause.

From your description, the Notes editor loses focus after text is entered and no further input follows. You also noted that blank lines created with Enter can disappear after the editor loses focus and is reactivated.
