I wanted to check back in on this, and I apologize that it has taken us longer than expected to return to your case.

The video you sent was helpful, and the issue was shared with the team. Engineering has been working through Plex rendering behavior in the newer builds, including issues like blinking labels, tag and link type display problems, and cases where the Plex does not fully redraw until panning or zooming.

Since there have been several updates since then, could you please let me know whether you are still seeing the same behavior on the latest build?
