It was a pleasure speaking with you again over the phone. I just wanted to follow up with a few updates:

The issue with notes not saving properly has been resolved in the latest release, as you’ve already seen. We also looked into the issue you raised where pasted text from iOS Notes appears black on black in TheBrain. While the text looks white in iOS Notes, the clipboard actually contains black text data, which is why it becomes difficult to read in dark mode.

To address this, we're exploring the possibility of adding an option to strip out color formatting from pasted text so that it defaults to your current theme. If that option becomes available in a future update, we’ll be sure to keep you informed.

Also, just a quick note—the TestFlight beta has officially concluded, and the latest public release is now version 14.9.4, available on the App Store. If you haven’t already, we recommend switching over to the official version. We’ll be sure to let you know once the beta program opens again in the future.
