Unfortunately, we do not offer API support.  There are so many variables, that it would take a significant amount of engineering time for us to review and troubleshoot your code.

I highly recommend that you visit/post on https://forums.thebrain.com/general-api-discussions-949624 where other API users in TheBrain community are discussing their progress.
