That message usually appears when the forum system (which runs through Website Toolbox) temporarily flags an account as a spam bot, it can happen if you have multiple forum tabs open or submit several posts in a short period.

Please click the “Contact Website Toolbox” link shown in the message and let them know you were flagged by mistake. Their team can quickly unflag your account and restore access.
