Update to #101077
https://thebrain.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/101077
Hello José,
Thank you for the very detailed testing notes and the updated log.
We reviewed the earlier freeze behavior, and the team identified an issue in 15.0.572 related to the new native macOS menu bar refresh behavior. In your case, the large number of nested Types in the ATZE Brain appears to have made that issue much easier to trigger. Optimizations have been made for the next update, 15.0.573, which should address that hard-freeze behavior.
Your tab reset test is also useful. Closing the old/restored tabs and opening fresh tabs was the right safe step, and it is good to hear that ATZE, ATZE 8000313, ATZE 8000309, and ISB were then able to open and sync normally.
The remaining issue with Brain Template and BrainBox continuing to spin looks separate enough that I’m going to pass your latest notes and Output.log back to the team for review. I’m also including your update that the web client appeared blurred/stalled once, since that may help separate what is desktop-specific from what may be cloud or Brain-specific.
For now, please do not do any deeper reset or local data changes. If the hard freeze returns before 15.0.573 is available, the temporary workaround is to downgrade to a pre-15.0.572 build (https://thebrain.com/download-mac-update?v=15.0.571). Otherwise, the best next step is for us to review the latest log around the persistent Brain Template / BrainBox sync state.
Best regards,
John
