Appointment / Reminder Window Keeps Appearing #101041

Thank you for reaching out.

The window you are seeing appears to be the Reminders/Appointments window. It opens when there are active reminders or events that still need attention.

If you only snooze the reminders, the window may come back again later. To clear them fully, please dismiss the individual reminders you no longer want to be notified about by clicking the dismiss/bell button on each reminder.

If there are several reminders listed, each one may need to be dismissed separately.

After the active reminders are dismissed, the window should stop appearing for those items. If it still comes back after dismissing them, please send us another screenshot showing the buttons visible in that window and we can take a closer look.
