I checked internally on this as well.

There is no official MCP support for TheBrain right now, and we do not currently have a supported Claude MCP or Claude Cowork connector.

The next best option is to point your integration or developer tooling at the API documentation directly.

For the Remote API, the API docs JSON is available here:

https://api.bra.in/v1/docs.json

For the Local API, the default local API docs JSON is available here while TheBrain 15 desktop is running with the Local API enabled:

http://localhost:8001/api/v1/docs.json

You can also open the Local API documentation from inside TheBrain 15 desktop:

Main Menu > Settings > User > Local API > Open API Documentation

From there, Claude or your developer tooling would need to either generate code that uses the API for your desired workflow, or make requests directly to the API where supported.

So in short, there is no official Claude MCP setup process from our side at this time, but the Remote API and Local API documentation are the right starting points for a custom integration.
