Hello Giovanni,

Thank you for reaching out, and congratulations on the new PC.

If your new computer has internet access, the activation for TheBrain 11 is simple. Just install TheBrain and sign in with the same email and password you used on your previous machines. Your Pro license will activate automatically.

If your new PC is offline, please follow the steps below for offline activation:

1. From a computer with internet access, download the installer from www.thebrain.com/download and transfer it to the offline machine.
2. Install TheBrain on the offline machine.
3. Open TheBrain and go to:
4. Help > Offline License Activation
5. Copy the URL shown on the screen. This URL is unique to that specific computer.
6. On an online machine, sign in at https://app.thebrain.com.
7. Click your initials in the upper-right corner, choose Account Info and Tools, then select Offline Activation.
8. 
9. Paste the URL you copied from the offline machine. A license key will be generated.
10. Transfer that key back to the offline machine.
11. On the offline machine, go to Help > Offline License Activation again and enter the license key.
12. Restart TheBrain. The Pro features will be enabled without needing to sign in.
