Creating and Formatting a New Link Type #100859

Thank you for sending the video.

I reviewed it, and this appears to be separate from the BrainBox drag-and-drop issue.

In the Link Type editor, typing a name into the text field by itself does not fully create/select the new link type yet. After entering the name, you need to click New Link Type to actually create it.

Once the new link type has been created and selected, the formatting options such as color and text size should apply to that link type.

Please try this sequence:

• Open the Link Type editor
• Enter the name for the new link type
• Click New Link Type
• Select the newly created link type
• Then adjust the color or text size

If the formatting still does not apply after the link type has been created and selected, please send us another short recording showing that full sequence and we can take another look.
