You’re right: in v14 we had the Timeline view, while in v15 this has been replaced by a more traditional calendar-style Date view.

Some of the points you raised reflect this change in design:

• Adding events: In v15, events are created from the Date view rather than directly from a thought, which is a change from v14’s workflow.
• Events not appearing: We’d like to see more detail here, could you let us know the exact steps you’re taking when creating a new event? That will help us confirm if it’s a bug or just a UI difference.
• Date/event block in notes: The design is still evolving in the v15 pre-release. We’ve heard similar concerns about the space it takes up, especially on smaller screens, and we’re tracking that feedback.

If you’re able to send a short screen recording of how events “get lost” after you create them, that would be very helpful for us to reproduce.
