Thank you for your patience, and I’m sorry this has been so disruptive.

I tested BrainBox on my end and wasn’t able to reproduce the error, so the next step is to narrow down what’s different in your setup. A few details will help us do that efficiently:

1. Which browser are you using with BrainBox (Safari, Chrome, Edge, etc.)?
2. Do you have any browser extensions enabled, such as ad blockers, privacy tools, or script blockers?
3. Are you using a VPN or any network filtering software when this occurs?
4. Does this happen with all websites, or only with specific ones? If it’s site-specific, could you please share one or two example URLs where BrainBox fails?
5. If you paste this link directly into your browser, do you see the same error?

If you are currently using Safari, it would also be helpful to try the same BrainBox action in a Chromium-based browser like Chrome or Edge as a comparison.

Once I have this information, I’ll be able to determine whether this is browser-specific, site-specific, or something we need investigate further.
