Hey Chase,

The customer mentioned the issue occurred after attaching a new weblink to a thought and using the rename function—it didn’t save the change. Also, clicking the edit function after a thought was changed caused a freeze/soft crash (which happens sometimes, not always).

They're using a Samsung S4 with Android 10, and 4GB RAM. (Dinosaur-era phone at this point.)

Do we have any minimum hardware/software requirements for the Android app?
