Using your Brain again in TheBrain 10 #99839

Thank you for reaching out.

When a Brain is opened in TheBrain 15, it may enable LightSync, which is not supported by TheBrain 10. This can prevent the Brain from opening correctly in v10.

To use the Brain again in TheBrain 10, please disable LightSync:

• Open the Brain in TheBrain 15

• Go to Brain → Settings → Sync

• Turn LightSync OFF

• Close TheBrain 15

After disabling LightSync, you should be able to open and use the Brain again in TheBrain 10.
