     02:14:18 - unknown@example.com: Hi, I'm a paid subscriber. I've just done a backup of a large brain, however, it seems stuck on the last phase which is to "clean up temporary files" its been a couple of hours, is it normal to take so long and will there be a problem if I close the brain?;
