Regarding your suggestions:

OCR functionality (recognizing text within images) isn’t currently supported in TheBrain, and we don’t plan to add native OCR since there are many dedicated tools that already handle this well. That said, it’s a valuable idea and aligns nicely with AI-assisted workflows, I’ve noted it for our team. You can also post it directly to our feature request board so others can upvote it:

For the crash when copying an inserted image, please send us your log file so we can investigate further. Here’s how to find it on Windows:
1. Close TheBrain completely.
2. Open File Explorer and go to:
3. C:\Users\[your name]\AppData\Local\TheBrain\Logs
4. Locate the file named Output.log and attach it in your reply.

That will help us pinpoint what triggered the crash.

Once we have your log file, we’ll review it and circle back.
