Hello Metta,

Thank you again for sending the screenshot and Output.log.

We reviewed the log, and it looks like the backup issue was related to the way the backups were being run and where they were being saved.

There were multiple Brain Archive backups running in a batch, and two of them ran into issues:

One backup appears to have failed because the computer went to sleep during the backup. After waking, the external/removable drive was no longer available for TheBrain to write to.
Another backup appears to have been started twice for the same Brain, which caused a file lock during the final cleanup stage.

Since your backups worked again after rebooting, there is no additional repair step needed right now.

To avoid this happening again, please try backing up one Brain at a time, and make sure the computer does not go to sleep while the backup is running.

Since you were backing up to an external/removable drive, the safer workflow is:

Create the Brain Archive .brz backup first on your internal drive.
Once the backup finishes successfully, copy the .brz file to the external drive.

That should help prevent interruptions from an external drive disconnecting or becoming unavailable during the backup process.
