Thanks for reporting this and for including the steps to reproduce, that’s very helpful.

We’re no longer seeing this behavior in the newer builds. The issue where toggling Settings > Appearance > Context sensitive thought names caused the Plex and notes panes to switch locations has been addressed after 15.0.502.

Please update to the latest available build (15.0.504 or newer) and check whether the issue still occurs on your side.

If you continue to see it after updating, let us know and we’ll take another look.
