Firefox Client-Side Error on TheBrain Website #101110

Hello Ron,

Thank you for reporting this and for sending the browser console screenshot.

We’re going to review the issue. Since the error appears to be intermittent and happens when left-clicking links in the body of the page, the console screenshot is helpful.

One thing we noticed is that some console messages appear to be coming from a Firefox extension. To help narrow this down, could you please try the same page in Firefox with extensions disabled, or in Firefox Troubleshoot Mode?

In Firefox, you can go to:

Help > Troubleshoot Mode

Then test the same link again on:

https://www.thebrain.com/products/thebrain

If the issue still happens there, please let us know. If it only happens with extensions enabled, that will help us narrow down whether a browser extension is interfering with the page.

We’ll review the screenshot and follow up if we need anything else.
