Thank you for sending in the video recording. I’ve tried to replicate the issue on my end, but so far, I haven’t been able to reproduce it. To investigate further, could you please send us your log file? This will give us more detailed insights into what might be causing the problem. in the mean time I will tinker around a bit more to try and elicit the error. 

Once we have the log file, we’ll take a closer look and get back to you as soon as possible with an update.

The customer reports an issue where he is unable to insert a horizontal line in the notes section. I tried to replicate it on Android but wasn't able to get the error following his steps.

One thing I did notice is that he is on v14.9.53, I do not see an option to update to it, I am on v.52 (internal tester)

I asked for a log file, not sure if there is a way to get the notes.md file from android. I was thinking of asking the customer to sync and then send the notes.md file through desktop ... Do let me know your thoughts.
