Thank you for taking the time to test the latest update and for describing what you’re seeing in such detail.

From what you’ve shared, performance clearly improves after updating and restarting, but then gradually degrades again over time, especially around notes toggling, Plex interaction, and activating thoughts. The fact that a restart temporarily restores normal behavior is particularly helpful to know.

At this point, there’s nothing further I need you to test. I’m reviewing this internally with the team based on the patterns you’ve identified.

We’re also preparing a larger set of fixes for macOS, focused on performance and stability, which will be released in an upcoming update. Once that build is available, it would be worth trying again to see if this behavior improves.

I’ll follow up once we have next steps or an update to share.
