Thanks for sharing the Loom video, that really helps.

From what I can see, it looks like the note panel and the selected thought are not staying in sync consistently. Before we dig deeper, could you confirm which exact version of v15 you’re running? You can check under:

• Main menu
• Help
• About

If you’re not on the latest build, please update first and test again. There have been several UI synchronization fixes in recent updates.

To update:

• Main menu
• Settings
• Device
• Set Update Channel to Beta or Alpha

Then:

• Main menu
• Help
• Check for Updates

After updating, try reproducing the issue again.

If it still happens, please reproduce it once and then immediately send the Output.log from your system:

Windows

%LocalAppData%\TheBrain\Logs\Output.log

macOS

~/.TheBrain/v9/Logs/Output.log

You mentioned the Reports window might need to be open to trigger it, that detail is important. Please confirm whether the behavior only occurs when Reports is open.

Once I have your version number and log, we can narrow this down properly.
