Hello again, Chad!
We don’t have specific insights into the security setup of your intranet, so the best approach would be for you or your team to test it directly on your end. Please let us know if any issues arise, and we’ll be happy to assist further.
This can be done by creating some iFrame code in an HTML file
- Create a Brain and sync to TheBrain Cloud. More on this process at Synchronizing Your Brain (https://app.thebrain.com/brain/f7f63ff3-76b6-4b8b-9e8b-101f98400d2a/0946635d-52e2-4445-b513-90c40aa30293)
- In the desktop app, click on Online > Brain Access and Sharing. Check the box “Allow public access” and sync again.
- Log into your Brain account and open the desired brain online. You’ll see that the URL will look something like this:
https://app.thebrain.com/brain/1c9d0bdb-8e55-43b2-ac53-959e4c2c8864
- Open a blank text file and insert the following code:
<iframe width="800" height="600" src="https://app.thebrain.com/brain/1c9d0bdb-8e55-43b2-ac53-959e4c2c8864" frameborder="0"></iframe>
- If desired, save the file as iFrame.html
- Copy/Paste the iframe code into your website
Notes:
Notice that the first few lines specify the height and width. These settings can also be changed to "100%" for a full window/screen Brain.
Updates to your Brain can be made on the desktop application and synced back to TheBrain Cloud to be reflected immediately in your website.
Best regards,
John
