Thoughts without Handles #98539

https://thebrain.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/98539

Hello Uli,

Thank you for letting me know. That’s definitely unusual, I haven’t been able to reproduce the missing handles for creating parent or child thoughts on my end so far.

Could you please capture a short screen recording showing what you’re seeing? It would help to include the steps leading up to where the handles disappear and confirm which version of TheBrain 15 you’re running (from Help › About).

Once I have that, I can narrow down what’s causing it.

Best regards,

John
