Hello Beat,

Thank you for testing the Alpha build.

I’m glad to hear the copy and paste keyboard shortcut issue is fixed now.

For the remaining Markdown link issue, please send us the Output.log from right after testing the Devonthink Markdown link again. That will help us review what TheBrain is doing when the link remains as plain text.

On macOS:

• In Finder, choose Go > Go to Folder

• Paste this path and press Enter:

~/.TheBrain/v9/Logs

• Attach the file named Output.log

Please also send a screenshot showing the thoughts that appear in cursive font, so we can confirm whether that is the expected display indicator or something else. Most probably its the indicator for thoughts that are recently visited.
