     02:58:57 - unknown@example.com: Hi, this is Karl.  After many struggles over the past week, I finally got my access to Fielding accounts, but I had to set up a new browser (Edge).  You don't have BrainBox Extension for Edge? Yet?;

     03:14:20 - ysuratwala@thebrain.com: Hello Karl, thank you for reaching out, I seen your ticket just now;

     03:14:48 - ysuratwala@thebrain.com: Yes, there is a way to get TheBrainbox Extension for Edge, just not through the edge store;
