Thank you for the update.

That is helpful to know. It sounds like the behavior has changed: the content is now copied to the clipboard, but it is coming through as plain text, with formatting and links removed.

Please check this setting first:

Main Menu > Settings > User > Notes > Exclude color information when pasting

If that option is enabled, please try disabling it, then test the copy/paste again.

Also, could you please confirm where you are copying from and where you are pasting to? For example:

• copying from a Thought Note in TheBrain mobile
• pasting into another TheBrain note
• pasting into another app, such as Notes, Word, email, etc.

That will help us confirm whether the formatting is being lost during the copy from TheBrain or during the paste into the destination app.
