Recovering Brain using _brain folder v8 #99872

Thank you for the update.

In order to determine whether the Brain can be restored, we will need to review the contents of the _brain folder` itself.

Please compress the entire _brain folder` into a ZIP file and send it to us using a file sharing service such as:

• Google Drive

• Filemail

• Dropbox

• WeTransfer

Once uploaded, please send us the download link. If using Google Drive or a similar service, please make sure the sharing permissions are set so anyone with the link can access the file.

Once we receive the folder, we can inspect the database and see if it can be restored.
