I wanted to let you know that we’ve identified a temporary issue with the web client that is currently affecting thought creation and syncing. While creating a thought is actually working, the web client is not refreshing properly to display the newly created thought.

If you sync to TheBrain desktop, you’ll notice that the thoughts you attempted to create on the web client are indeed there.

Our team is actively working on resolving this issue as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.
