To create a child thought in the latest Android app, simply tap the Search/Create bar in the main toolbar, type in the name of the thought you'd like to create, and then tap Create.

Additionally, upcoming updates will bring back the familiar method of creating and linking thoughts through long tap and drag—so stay tuned for future releases!
