Hello Roger,

Thank you for the clarification and for the amount of effort you’ve already put into testing and sending logs. I know this has been time-consuming, especially with the long reindexing on your larger Brain, and I appreciate you following through each step.

I’ve taken note of all the new details you provided, including:

• The MetaDB reset was completed before your last two reports

• 2L briefly opened after a rebuild, then returned to “Something went wrong”

• The small test Brain still cannot be opened

• The JS and renderer errors appearing immediately after launch

• The U00 and U01 folders in your Brains directory, which is normal, it simply indicates that multiple user accounts were signed in on this device before

I’m forwarding this entire set of findings and logs to our engineering team so they can review the behavior across your machines and determine the correct next step. Since the issue occurs even with a minimal test Brain and only after a full rebuild, we want to properly understand the root cause before asking you to do anything further.

We will follow up with you as soon as we have more information.
