For feature requests like PWA support and an e-ink optimized theme, the best place to submit and track them is our UserVoice forum:

That ensures they’re visible to the team and can be voted on by other users.

On the To-Do panel issue, the dark text on dark background doesn’t look expected. Could you try switching to a different theme and then back again to see if it refreshes?

If it still looks the same, please let me know and I’ll take a closer look.
