Thank you for the detailed follow-up.

It looks like the issue may be related to the type of quotation marks used in your command. Windows’ Run command requires straight quotes (") around the file path, but the ones in your message appear to be curved or “smart” quotes (“ ”). If those curved quotes were copied from the note field, that would explain the “file not found” message.

Please try re-typing the command with straight quotes instead of curved ones, or paste the command into Notepad first to remove any formatting before running it.

We’ll double-check internally whether TheBrain 15’s note editor may be substituting typographic quotes under certain settings, and I’ll follow up once I have confirmation.
