V15 Enter Shift and Enter Have the Same Effect #99672

Thank you for the clear and concise report.

You are correct. ENTER and SHIFT+ENTER should behave differently within lists:

• ENTER creates a new list item

• SHIFT+ENTER inserts a line break within the same list item

In the current v15 build, both actions produce the same result. We have confirmed this behavior and logged it for correction.
