Thank you for reaching out, and no need to apologize at all, that’s a great question.

Just to clarify, when you mention “quick notes,” are you referring to typing short text directly in the Note area beneath a thought (as in older versions)? If so, that feature is still there, it may just be collapsed or hidden in your layout.

Could you confirm which version of TheBrain you’re using (v14 or v15)? Once I know that, I can walk you through re-enabling or adjusting the Note panel so you can quickly add meeting summaries or participant details again.
