I’ve received the log file and will be sharing it with the team for further review. I’ll keep you updated with any developments.

On a positive note, I’m happy to inform you that TheBrain version 14.9.43 has been officially approved on the App Store! While it may take a few hours to appear, you should be able to update it shortly. This version includes all the improvements from our Alpha and Beta testing phases, addressing many of the issues that were previously encountered.

Once you have the new official version installed, you can safely uninstall Deku, as it has reached its end of life and will no longer be updated.

We truly appreciate your patience and support as we continue to enhance the app for you.

Hello Chase!

The customer sent in a log file. I informed him that v14.9.43 is official and suggested he update or download it. Also, I noticed that his log file still shows Deku, does that mean he is still using Deku or is the brain tech beta also called Deku in the logs? Just curious.
