On a positive note, I’m happy to inform you that TheBrain version 14.9.43 has been officially approved on the App Store! While it may take a few hours to appear, you should be able to update it shortly. This version includes all the improvements from our Alpha and Beta testing phases, addressing many of the issues that were previously encountered.

TO CHASE:

Hello Chase,

Customer sent in a log file. He also detailed his steps before the crash. Apparently, it happens when he edits a note then multitasks to another app (Perhaps to take reference and write back). In this state of editing and multitasking, the brain crashes.
