Keyboard Shortcuts Not Working After 15.0.569 Update #100898

Thank you for reporting this.

I tested the basic keyboard shortcuts in 15.0.569, including bold and italic, and they are working on my side. This may be related to your local keyboard shortcut settings after the update.

Please try restoring the keyboard shortcuts to their defaults:

• Open TheBrain

• Go to Main Menu > Settings > User

• Open Keyboard

• Click the three-dot menu near the keyboard shortcut section

• Choose Restore Defaults

After restoring the defaults, please restart TheBrain and try the shortcuts again, such as Ctrl+B for bold and Ctrl+I for italic.

If the shortcuts still do not work, please let us know:

• Whether any keyboard shortcuts work, or if all shortcuts are affected

• Whether the menu items still show the shortcut keys beside them

• Whether you are using a non-US keyboard layout or any keyboard remapping utility

A short screen recording showing one shortcut failing would also be helpful.
