Hello John,

If you are trying to access your TheBrain account, you can reset your password from the sign-in screen by selecting Forgot Password.

Please go to:

https://app.thebrain.com

Then choose Sign In and use the Forgot Password option to reset it by email.

If you are new to TheBrain and do not have an account yet, you can choose Sign Up instead and create one using your email address.
